Last week’s Remember When “mystery photo” shows Tom Brown, president of the Tracy Chamber of Commerce, presenting the keys of a Chrysler Cordoba to Jean Bailor while her husband, Charles “Chuck” Bailor, stands by. The Bailors won the car in a chamber raffle July 4, 1980. Jean Bailor, who bought her winning ticket from Nancy Albano at The Daisy, was active in organizing art shows for the Tracy Woman’s Club at the Tracy Branch Library. Chuck Bailor operated the B&E tavern in Tracy for a number of years, and later operated a bar in Ripon.
