Roscoe is a 1½-year-old Rottweiler-Labrador mix, and he needs a good home. Traveler, a 2-year-old male Chihuahua; Foxy, an 8-month-old Chihuahua mix; a male terrier mix; and a male Lhasa-shih tzu mix also need loving owners.

It’s also kitten season, and many cats are up for adoption, too, including Smokey, who’s declawed and spayed; Brutus, a black-and-white “senior” cat; a young adult Siamese male; and Kimber, a neutered orange tabby.

The shelter would gladly accept squeaky dog toys and kitten formula.
